About the author:

Rabbi holds the degree juris doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology from Walden University. He has been publisher of the Crown Heights Chronicle newspaper since 1988. He and his family live in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, New York, headquarters of the international Chabad–Lubavitch community.
