This unique haggadah is inspired by the original Bird's-head Haggada, one of the oldest Haggadot, first published in North Germany, at the end of the 13th century C.E. The original was illustrated with ink and tempera on parchment and resides in the Israel Museum, Jerusalem. It got the name from the figures drawn with birds' heads and prominent beaks. Other images bear animal heads or protuberant noses. Some appear to have been deliberately defaced, or covered with a helmet. In this reproduction, the movable pop-ups, move the flaps, and other moveable illustrations, are richly illustrated and depict "The baking of Mazzot", "The Ten Plagues", "The Crossing of the Red Sea", and other Bible and Passover scenes. The Haggadah is in both Hebrew and English. It is sure to become a family keepsake for young and old to enjoy. Hard Cover: 65 Pages,
Size: 9"x12"
