Rivkah Teitz Blau earned her Ph.D. in English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University with a thesis on Psalms in seventeenth-century poetry. She has taught Torah since she was fifteen, and has become a celebrated lecturer. Her husband, Rabbi Yosef Blau, and their sons and daughters-in-law all teach Torah.
